LARS SEVERIN KLAUSEN

Lars Severin Klausen is a senior partner and chairman of the board of directors at Faarup & Partners.

Lars has more than 40 years of experience from major Danish and international IT companies, most recently from a position as CEO of the consulting firm CIBER, where, in addition to the responsibility for the preparation and implementation of the company’s strategy in Denmark, he successfully completed the acquisition and integration of a larger Danish SAP consultancy.

Before that, Lars, with the title of Vice President, was part of the Danish management in the consulting company Capgemini Denmark, where he among other things was responsible for the sale and execution of major outsourcing and project tasks in selected market segments. Prior to joining Capgemini, Lars held senior positions in companies such as Digital Equipment and i/s Datacentralen (CSC Scandinavia).

Based on a commercial background and education, he has completed a large number of theoretical training courses in strategy and management, and he has added Faarup & Partners additional competencies in M&A, sourcing, digitalization and the implementation of vital business changes.
