REGISTRATION

Registration is done through the individual course page. You can also contact us directly via the form on the right.

CANCELLATION

The cancellation deadline is one month before the start of the course unless otherwise stated under the individual course. Cancellation can be made free of charge before the cancellation deadline expires. If you cancel later, however, no later than 14 days before the start of the course, an administration fee of 50% of the course fee will be charged.
If you cancel later, a reduction in the course fee cannot be expected. However, the your seat can be transferred free of charge to another participant from the same company. Cancel by contacting us directly. You can find contact options on the website under contact.

PAYMENT
The course fee must be paid when an invoice is received. For boarding courses, accommodation and accommodation in connection with the course are included in the price, whereas accommodation before or after the course is not included.
The fee for externate courses includes catering during the course period.
The course fee for the individual course descriptions is stated excl. VAT. 25% VAT will be added to the invoice.
About 1 month before the start of the course, we will send an invoice for your participation in the course. If you need an invoice earlier please contact us.
CHANGES

We reserve the right to change the catalog of price, time, place and content. In the event of an over-registration, we reserve the right to postpone the most recently enrolled or – conversely – to postpone or cancel a course if the number of participants is less than required.
